BEFORE & AFTER: Ericka’s Office

Here’s what Ericka had to say before the challenge started:

I am planning to make over my office. Right now (and ever since we moved in over 2 years ago), it is our “catch-all” room. It is currently a DISASTER. And that is not exaggerating. It currently holds an old tv stand, office desk and everything that goes with it, a dresser, my coffee station, yard sale stuff, old magazines, and all kinds of other stuff I have forgotten is even in there. I really want a nice office space and can’t wait to clear out that room. I hate walking by and seeing what a mess it is. Some day, we will turn it in to a nursery, so making a great office for now, will hopefully make the transition to nursery a little easier in the future.

This room needs a lot of work. Everything needs to be cleared out, sorted through, and then the furniture needs to be rearranged. I’d love to paint the trim white to match the rest of the house, paint some of the furniture, change the curtains, and of course decorate like crazy! I’m hoping this challenge gives me the motivation I need to get this room done ASAP.
