This is one of my favorite makeovers as part of my 30-Day August Upgrade Challenge! Although, I’m not surprised….
Here’s what Jessica’s bathroom looked like at the start of the challenge!
That vanity is TO DIE FOR!! Love the color, the shape, EVERYTHING. And the flooring? Perfect!
Here’s what she had to say about her project.
In Jessica’s Own Words
“Our full bath got a complete overhaul. We ripped the whole thing out down to the studs. New insulation drywall , hardy backer, and green board were laid before setting a new tub and tile. We added a painted dresser as the sink vanity and new paint, lighting, and hardware. We’ve been working on renovating our new home for the past 6 months. This was one of the last spaces left to tackle. We saved money by completing the renovation ourselves, buying our new toilet at a construction supply auction, and choosing fairly inexpensive tile. Painting a dresser we already owned to use as the sink vanity saved us a big chunk of change too.”~Jessica
She used a pretty scarf from Walmart as new light, airy window treatments! How cool is that?!
